Rezension von Marcel RueschDieses Buch ist wirklich ein Allrounder der Kreativität. Man merkt, wie sehr Rick Rubin ein Künstler durch und durch, mit jeder einzelnen Zelle seines Körpers ist. Das Buch bietet Einblicke in jeden einzelnen Aspekt des kreativen Schaffensprozess, von der ursprünglichen Idee, bis zur kleinsten Verfeinerung, sowie generellen Lebensratschlägen mit der man die eigene Kunst unterstützen kann. Nach den ersten 100 Seiten hatte ich ehrlich gesagt genug für mich mitgenommen, um die gelernten Dinge erstmal anzuwenden. Für mehr ist einfach kein Platz auf einmal. Und je nachdem was für Kreativität man in seiner Arbeit oder in seinen Hobbys braucht, werden auch vollkommen andere Kapitel für einen relevant sein. Aber etwas dabei, ist für absolut jeden. Für 5 Sterne fehlte mir etwas Struktur. Das Buch in größere Überkapitel, wie "Ideen", "Umsetzung" oder "kreative Routinen", aufzuteilen, hätte dem Ganzen sehr gut getan und man hätte es besser als Nachschlagwerk verwenden können, je nachdem wo man im kreativen Prozess gerade Probleme hat.
