Interesting, but I was struggling to get into the Story and wasnt really attached to the characters, this improved later on
Hat mir gut gefallen. War nur sehr schwierig auf Englisch zu verstehen. Hab ziemlich lange gebraucht das Buch zu lesen
I need the next book immediatly
I loved the writing style and the variety of personalities. It really pulls you into a completely new world. Kissen especially has such a badass vibe. At some points it can be a bit hard to keep reading because the suspense drops off, but overall it’s absolutely worth it. I can’t wait to start the second book!
❊ 7/10 ❊ ∗ good world building ∗ ∗ interesting characters ∗ ∗ not your typical trope ∗ It took me a moment to get warm with the story but I generally loved the idea of gods being an active part of the world. Although not my favorite read this year, Inara’s storyline was interesting enough to keep me going. The ending had me in a chokehold and I absolutely loved how the cliffhanger made me start the second book within the same minute.
