Reviewed by Sunny FoxyWas ich an der Geschichte wirklich mochte war das Setting- eine Ranch hoch in den Bergen, dann auch noch im Winter, das hat mir wirklich gefallen! Die Charaktere waren greifbar ausgearbeitet, man konnte sie sowohl lieben, als auch inbrünstig hassen. Das Tabu mit Vater des Ex- Freundes, der Altersunterschied und der Konflikt dadurch war so nachvollziehbar geschrieben.. Himmel, hab ich bei diesem Buch zum Schluss mitgelitten! Und dann auch noch Mr. Cowboy himself 😮💨 hat der ein schmutziges Mundwerk 😁 auch wenn ich dem Wort „Daddy“ beim Sex nichts abgewinnen kann, hat es mir die spicy Szenen nicht verdorben ;) Aber in dem Buch geht noch um so viel mehr und tiefere Themen wie zB emotionale Vernachlässigung, Misshandlung und warum „Found Family“ so viel mehr bedeutet! Ein Jahreshighlight für mich 🥰
