Rezension von Sarah HagenIch habe "A Fire in the Sky" als Hörbuch genossen und bin absolut begeistert. Die Geschichte rund um Tamsyn, die als "Prügeltochter" für ihre Schwestern einspringt und den Krieger Fell heiratet, hat mich von Anfang an in ihren Bann gezogen. Warum man es lesen/hören sollte: Starke Protagonistin: Tamsyn ist eine Kämpferin mit dem Herz am rechten Fleck. Ihre Entwicklung zu verfolgen, macht unglaublich viel Spaß. Spannung pur: Es gibt keine Längen. Vor allem das letzte Viertel ist extrem ereignisreich und temporeich. Interessante Perspektiven: Auch wenn es mehr als zwei POV-Erzähler gibt, bleibt der Fokus klar und die Welt wird dadurch greifbarer. Emotionen: Die Chemie zwischen den Charakteren ist spürbar und die magischen Elemente fügen sich perfekt ein. Kritikpunkt: Nur einer – das Ende! Der Cliffhanger ist wirklich fies und lässt mich nun sehnsüchtig auf die Fortsetzung warten. Fazit: Wer Fantasy mit starken Frauen, mysteriösen Kriegern und einer spannenden Welt sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle Genre-Fans!
Rezension von Shiwa.k„A Fire in the Sky“ hat mich von Anfang an begeistert. Die Geschichte rund um Tamsyn, die ein gefährliches Geheimnis verbirgt, ist spannend, emotional und mitreißend. Tamsyn ist eine starke Protagonistin, und auch Fell überzeugt als faszinierender Charakter zwischen Gut und Böse. Die Romantik ist wunderschön und die Spannung bleibt bis zum Schluss erhalten. Ich war so in die Geschichte vertieft, dass ich die Zeit komplett vergessen habe. Fazit: Ein großartiger Start in die Feuerschwur-Chroniken. Perfekt für Fans von Romantasy, Fantasy und hoffentlich bald auch Drachen.
