I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to reflect on themselves. This book should not be read to simply declare that you are mentally strong (or not), but it will make you reflect on what you could do to reach your full potential. Even though I thought I already mastered a few of the 13 things listed, there were always small to big rooms for improvement. Although many things seem to be common sense, we spend too little time to deeply reflect about them in order to notice mistakes.
