SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER It's a fun book to read for a rainy afternoon, with some clear inspiration from Agatha Christie and a fun setting. If you enjoy guessing the plot ahead of time without too much trouble, you'll enjoy this book. That being said, the book is annoyingly predictable at times, because each reveal is written in a way that makes it put to be this amazing plot twist, when they really aren't. Additionally, the inspiration by ,Murder in the Nile', or st least the set up thereof, makes it so that the murder is pretty obvious by the 200 page mark. I feel the book would have worked better if the murderer too, would have been given a secret that has got nothing to do with the murder plot. The way it is, the moment you realise the set up, you realise who did it too and that took some of the fun away from it for me.

Maybe it would have gotten another star if I hadn’t figured out the killer around halfway into the book.
