Reviewed by Katrin(Might contain spoilers) This book is yet another reason why I believe Matt Haig is the best author of our times. I just love how he puts his beliefs and understandings of the world and the people in it into his characters and turns it into a truly enjoyable story. Apart from that, the story was very beautiful in itself. I love how the protagonist’s perspective alienated humans and therefore made me see some things from a perspective only an extraterrestrial being could have. It made me relate to it so much - in the beginning, when he was absolutely disgusted by humans (like how I feel sometimes as well), but later when he starts to see the beauty in humans as well. All in all, 5/5 ⭐️. And I will immediately start reading another book by this genius author!
