Reviewed by Carlos R. DiazYet again another book with the word "Girl" in the title. Yawn. This time, an inner-city art teacher is kidnapped. However, she isn't delivered to her kidnappers. Instead, she's held hostage in a cabin by her one-night stand, Colin Thatcher. That's a bad date gone horribly bad, if you ask me. Anyway, the mystery isn't that bad at all. Some of the characters were engaging enough to keep the reader interested. After reading this "girl" kidnapping, I vowed NOT to read another book about a young, attractive woman held for ransom. So far, so good. That is all.
