Reviewed by JackieThe book was okay overall. The characters were well-described, and the story was a refreshing change. However, the plot was very predictable, which really annoyed me. The ending was beautifully written, but I struggled through most of the book and seriously considered quitting. I had been influenced by TikTok recommendations, but this time, I was genuinely disappointed.
