„The rest of the day was quite easy. I did all the jobs on my list And enjoyed them and had some time over. I love you. I’m glad I exist.” (Third verse of “The Orange”, p. 7) I fell in love with that poem over a year ago, when it made me cry and be happy at the same time, longing for the kind of contentment that Cope describes in her poem and which is reflected in other poems of hers as well. Usually, I’m not big on poetry, but I love this little collection. Some poems are funny, some feminist, some strange. Thoroughly enjoyable.
