Reviewed by KaroSehr süßes Buch, aber Barretts Entscheidungen und Konfliktstarter sind katastrophal. Und eventuell habe ich hier einfach das empathische Gespür eines schlaftrunkenen Nilpferds, aber — Blumen? So traumatisch KANN das gar nicht gewesen sein. Das Ende war leider nicht so spannend gehalten und die Lösung des Zeitloops war sehr flach. (Vergleich mit Life Is Strange) All in all hätte ich die Geschichte sehr gerne ausgefeilter in einer doppelt so langen Geschichte gelesen. Lieblingszitat: »I could wake up the same day a thousand times and every single one would be different because of you. Every single one would be life-changing. Reviewed by Sarah ThomsenSee you yesterday is my favorite book I read so far this year! ♥ My spoiler free opinion: To be honest - at the beginning I was really sceptical it would be a good book at all. But I assume the reason was that I was in a big boom hangover from the book before. I couldn't let another book in my heart so fast. Also Barrets first day of college annoyed me. While she hated school she hoped for college to become better. And after reading the first few pages it all seemed so unrealistic and I was afraid it could make young readers loose hope in college. Because I hated school and college was the best time ever! Back to the story, a few chapters in I stared loving it so much. It all was explained in a logical way, there was no weird fantasy in it. And over the book I learned so much about Miles and Barret it feels like I now them. I don't like to give 5 stars very often I feel like 4 stars is for good books and 5 just for those that are better, better than perfect. And I can confidently give "See you yesterday" 5 stars, it deserves it so much!!! This is the first of Solomon's books I read. Maybe I need another one it they are all as great. Last information - English isn't my native language but I love reading books in English. This one was definitely one you can easily read when English isn't your first language!
