Reviewed by EsaEveryone sounds a bit like the same pissed off girl in a bad situation and the emotional textures sometimes get lost in all the chaos. But then a story like La Negra hits and you remember exactly what De la Cerda is doing, narrating from beyond the grave, a femicide victim explains her own death like it’s an ordinary part of girlhood. Because from them, it is.

Nicht jede Perspektive hat mich abgeholt, aber das letzte Kapitel ist fast ein politisches Manifest und hat nochmal richtig reingehauen.
