Reviewed by kenI don't know how well the translation kept true with the original text, which is obviously always an uncertainty when reading translated works, but he conversational tone made it easy to read, and yet it gave Medea and Jason the dimension they needed as characters. It's difficult to agree with the Introductory notes when it says that "we can't help but feel sympathy for Jason". Personally, I didn't feel pity for him at all, but maybe because I'm heartless.
