Reviewed by Anna H.Leider konnte mich das Buch erst ab dem zweiten Drittel richtig packen... irgendwie bin ich mit der Geschichte nicht so ganz warm geworden. Die Erzählgeschwindigkeit war ähnlich wie bei "Der Gott des Waldes" verhältnismäßig langsam, aber im Vergleich hat es sich deutlich mehr gezogen, was schade war. Aber Liz Moore kann unglaublich gute Atmosphären erzeugen, die Trostlosig- und Perspektivlosigkeit in Philadelphias Stadtviertel Kensington wird wirklich gut beschrieben.
