Reviewed by AnnaMir gefallen – neben der Sprache, die ja bei Olga Tokarczuk Büchern immer wahnsinnig schön ist – besonders die wiederkehrenden Motive. Zum einen, dass sie wiederkehren und andererseits, was für Motive es sind (vorallem Pilze und Messer). Ich mag, wie Figuren, Geschichtsstränge, Motive von einer Geschichte in die andere dringen und dort eine neue Bedeutung finden. Ich mag auch das Konzept „constellation novel“, obwohl das manchmal Schwierigkeiten im Lesefluss schafft.
