Reviewed by marieI really don't mind possessive and/or toxic mmcs in my romances but man. I really had a hard time liking this guy. Same thing with the fmc but for other reasons. She really had no spine at all. I kind of wished she at least put some kind of resistance but the way she did anything he wanted with little to no persuasion at all really got on my nerves. He had it really easy. The back and forth is what I usually like in these kind of stories and there was too little for me. I really like Anna Zaires books and her writing but I'm debating buying the second book of this trilogy.
