There are certain parts of the book I truly appreciate, like the representation of ADHD, even though perhaps it was a little too much. As a woman with severe adhd myself, you learn how to live and the character in this book sort of just didn't. But since Adhd is different for everyone, that could never be the sole reason for a two star rating. I just personally didn't feel the connection. They didn't hug once man. Also- this might just be me, which I doubt, but whatever- explaining the TikTok app and what videos you're watching on it, is just not the generation-representation I like.
