The biggest plot, or what was supposed to be the biggest plot, was predictable. Loved the story and the FMC. It was easy to follow through and enjoyable. Not mind blowing but definitely worth reading.

After re-reading Cinder I'll have to change my rting ffrom 3 to 4 stars. I enjoyed reading it second time far more than I did the first time. Maybe because after having read all of the books that are out understanding the world and what is happening together with the writing style much better than I did before.<br/>This time around I absolutely loved it. Especially all the foreshadowing that makes so much sense, when you've read Scarlet and Cress. I found myself screaming while reading, when I read something that get picked up in the other books!<br/>

Me encanto, la forma en la que agarra un clasico y lo transforma por completo sin perder esa esencia que lo hace especial. Mi cerebro explotó con el final pero wou. Lo amo definitivamente Mi yo de 17 años lo ama. 💓

This is light read in a great setting. I love fairy tale retellings and this one is really special. It is the future! Cyborgs! Androids! What a extraordinary idea! Marissa Meyer tells her story very logical - the evil behavior from Cinder's stepmother and stepsister. Her status as someone who's not "worth" living the same life as the "normal" people. Her relationship to Prince Kai is also not a love at first sight - one dance and we are in love! They get to know each other in a normal, realistic (more or less) way. <spoiler>When Cinder lost her whole foot, I was literally laughing out loud! Haha!</spoiler> The only thing which bothered me (if you can talk about bothering) is the fact that the story was very foreseeable. No news were surprising, you could guess very early what this is all about. Nevertheless, I cannot wait to read the next books which have Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel and Snow White as main characters. Yay! But not yay that book 4 is not out yet...

Wowza. That was a massive plot twist just a few pages before the end. Also I want nothing more but continuing the series but I can't.
