Reviewed by MariaSchade! Ich wollte dieses Buch wirklich lieben. Die Welt, die Idee und die vielen Handlungsstränge sind eigentlich super spannend. Aber genau das wurde leider auch zum Problem. Es passiert so viel gleichzeitig, dass die wirklich wichtigen, epischen Momente viel zu kurz kommen, während andere Dinge sich unnötig ziehen. Besonders das Ende hat mich enttäuscht. Ein großer Kampf, der sich wie im Schnelldurchlauf anfühlt, und ein Cliffhanger, der mich leider komplett kalt gelassen hat. Auch die Charaktere konnten mich nicht so packen, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Viele haben mich stark an Zodiac Academy erinnert, sodass es sich wie eine schlechte Kopie angefühlt hat.Trotzdem hatte das Buch gute Ansätze und Momente, die Spaß gemacht haben. Insgesamt hat es mich emotional nicht erreicht, obwohl es das eigentlich hätte sollen.
