Reviewed by „The Birdcage“ beginnt mit hohem Tempo und viel Spannung, verliert dann aber nach ca. 1/3 genau das. Das Geheimnis, welches die Schwestern hüten, wird sehr lang gezogen und ich fand’s am Ende auch etwas lahm. Ich konnte auch leider keine wirkliche Verbindung zu den Protagonisten aufbauen. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich wichtige Dinge nicht vielleicht überlesen habe, aber insgesamt hat mir ein bisschen der rote Faden gefehlt. Ich wusste oft nicht, was gewisse Dinge jetzt miteinander zu tun hatten oder warum sich die Figuren so verhalten, wie sie sich verhalten.
