So first of all I must say that I didn’t rlly enjoy this book as much as I thought. I expected a very romantic story of two people falling in love, like it’s described… But honestly, I was a bit to very disappointed when I actually read it. I won’t deny it, Kristen and Josh are so cute and you clearly wish them to be together the second you realise their feelings for one another. But I felt like the whole book was just a back and forth about Kristen not accepting her feelings and pushing Josh away. And that like the WHOLE time. And after I was halfway through I was very annoyed from this whole chaos. And I personally think that shouldn’t be the case when you read a book. Sure, you can’t always have the same opinion as a character, that’s what makes books so exciting most of the time. But you also need to find a balance. And being annoyed and bored by the characters decisions over the whole book is in my opinion a bit too much… Another point: The topic of infertility in this book is sooo important in my opinion but it gets soo ruined in the end when Kristen gets pregnant. Like okay… cool that Josh gets the child he always wanted but compared to the whole drama before that she couldn’t have kids etc it just doesn’t fit. I also understand what the author intended to give as a message to the people who read the book (in the authors note) but for me it didn’t rlly make sense with the ending.
