A 57-year-old woman lives in an apartment in the city. Her children have moved away from home, she lives alone and often sleeps under the coffee table. She is affected by PTSD after a highly traumatic experience that brings other violent life experiences to the surface, and she only gets through everyday with the support of her four friends. Every week she takes the bus out to the PTSD man, who will help her come to terms with the terrible things that have happened. A story about friendship and violence, about coming full circle in love, powerlessness and defiance and finally speaking one's truths out loud. And about coming to terms with one's history on one's own terms.
