Rezension von Manuela Lubich | VerlagsautorinThe Paradise Problem ist für mich genau die Art von Buch, die man am liebsten mit in den Urlaub nimmt oder sich auf dem Balkon gemütlich macht. Eine leichte, humorvolle Romance, die einfach Spaß macht. Besonders der Einstieg hat mir richtig gut gefallen. Die Ausgangssituation der Fake-Love-Geschichte ist unterhaltsam umgesetzt und hat mich sofort in die Geschichte gezogen. Auch das Tropen-Setting auf der einsamen Insel sorgt für echtes Urlaubsfeeling und lädt zum Abschalten ein. Die Annäherung der beiden Protagonisten hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen. Die verschiedenen Partys, die schönen Outfits und das leichte Familiendrama haben der Geschichte zusätzlich etwas Spannung verliehen, ohne den lockeren Charakter zu verlieren. Wer Tropes wie Fake Dating, One Bed, einen Hauch Slow Burn und ein traumhaftes Tropen-Setting mag, wird hier bestimmt auf seine Kosten kommen. Für mich war The Paradise Problem kein Buch, das mich komplett vom Hocker gehauen hat oder lange nicht mehr loslässt. Trotzdem hatte ich eine richtig schöne Lesezeit und würde es jederzeit als entspannte Urlaubs- oder Sommerlektüre weiterempfehlen.

Rezension von JuliaOH MEIN GOTT ich glaube dieses Buch ist einer meiner Jahreshighlights! ✨ Tropes: fake dating, billionaire romance, rich boy x normal girl ✨ Ich habe komplett vergessen, wie SEHR ich Fake-Dating-Stories liebe. 👀 Und dieses Buch hat mich einfach von Anfang bis Ende gecatcht. Die Dynamik zwischen den beiden war sooo gut geschrieben. Diese zwei komplett unterschiedlichen Welten, die aufeinandertreffen – er als Milliardär und sie, die einfach versucht, irgendwie über die Runden zu kommen – hat einfach perfekt funktioniert. Und die Protagonistin??? 😭 Ich habe sie so geliebt. Sie ist selbstbewusst, sagt ihre Meinung und verstellt sich trotz dieser komplett fremden Luxuswelt nicht dauerhaft für andere. Und diese TENSION??? OH. MEIN. GOTT. 👀 Christina Lauren weiß wirklich genau, wie man Spannung schreibt. Dieses Fake-Dating, das gemeinsame Reisen, diese ganze Atmosphäre auf der Insel… ich war einfach komplett invested. Für alle Fake-Dating-Lover: bitte lest dieses Buch 😭🫶 Es ist witzig, romantisch, spannend und gleichzeitig einfach sooo unterhaltsam. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass man am Ende, zurück im „normalen Leben“, noch ein bisschen mehr Zeit mit den beiden bekommt. Das ging mir persönlich etwas zu schnell. Aber wirklich: Meckern auf höchstem Niveau 😭 Dieses Buch ist einfach grandios.

Rezension von LianeWOW! Das war mein drittes Buch vom Autorinnenduo Christina Lauren und ich werde definitiv noch mehr lesen. Die Geschichten sind mit so viel Witz geschrieben und es wird einfach nie langweilig oder anstrengend - ganz im Gegenteil, ich kann kaum aufhören die Bücher zu lesen und bin total verliebt in die Hauptcharaktere! „The Paradise Problem“ ist bisher mein Lieblingsbuch und wenn euch „The Unhoneymooners“ gefallen hat, werden ihr dieses Buch bestimmt genauso sehr lieben wie ich. ❤️
