The Lieutenant's Nurse is a story of romance, suspense and heartbreak set in the backdrop of Hawaii during WWII. Eva has enlisted in Army Corps as a nurse and is headed to Hawaii aboard the SS Lurline. On board, she meets Lt. Clark Stevens and is immediately drawn to him even though she has a boyfriend waiting for her in Hawaii who is also a soldier. Shortly after they arrive in Hawaii, the attack on Pearl Harbor occurs.
