I loved the message how you should choose love over hate and all that. Loved the world building with The Dark and ghosts and the whole concept. That part of the story was really captivating and full of suspense. I also loved how Logan’s relationship with her Dads evolved! However, concerning the romance, I wasn’t a fan at all. I loved both Ashley and Logan but I just felt like the book could’ve done without the romance part. It just didn’t feel like they had much time to actually get to know one another or develop real feelings for each other, because there was so much going on next to all that. Still, it was kinda cute, just something the story didn’t really need/which seemed a bit random to me. 3/5 ⭐️
