Technology has advanced to the point where humans can now be replaced by android surrogates--and the Teklords are taking advantage. Jake Cardigan must stop them from abducting the President of the U.S., a man addicted to Tek, and putting an android in his place, programmed with a whole new set of policies that will throw the country and the world into chaos.
