I like everything Daniel José Older has written for the High Republic so far. He manages to bring the characters to life and show their inner conflicts, while never neglecting the entertainment value of Star Wars. So we see and read a lot about the characters here, and even though the story remains sparse, I didn't feel cheated. One thing: the cover art of my issue is cringe. I don't know what to make of it.
