Rezension von Catherina Das war jetzt nun der 3. BAND der Redwood Coast Rescue Reihe von Tonya Burrows. Ich durfte dieses 3 Bücher als Rezensionsexemplar über die Überstetzergruppe Literary Queens Novelle lesen. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Bücher steigern sich jetzt immer mehr in der Spannung und kommen etwas einen Krimi gleich. Ich bin ganz Ehrlich mit diesen Ergebnissen hab ich nicht gerechnet. Eigentlich geht es rein um die Hunderettungsstaffel die im Band 1 gegründet wurde. Leider hat mir In diesen Band am Anfang etwas der Bezug zum Nebencharakter Hund (Dante) gefällt. Gegen Ende ist er jedoch spektakulär zurückgekehrt. Diese Band war auch bisher der längste Band mit fast 400 Seiten als E-book. Die Seiten waren aber auch notwendig um die umfassende Story darzustellen. Mir hat die Aufteilung von Story und Spicy echt gut gefallen. Es war guter Spicy und auch im richtigen Moment. So das es die Story nicht direkt geschadet hat. Die Tropes sind #hatestolovers, #Agegap (8 Jahre Unterschied). Aber die spannend Story macht das Buch echt aus. Ich freue mich schon auf die andern Bände.
