Rezension von filippasadly i found this disappointing. a few months ago, when the trailer for the film first came out, i was absolutely stunned because it seemed like something that was directly up my alley. i bought the book and was very very excited about it but was unfortunately just let down. the concept and idea was brilliant and fantastic, yet the execution was not. there was so many unnecessary rants (involving politics et cetera) and I found it boring, slow and unappealing. maybe i just don’t get it!!! i will be watching the film this week and hope for it to be better than the book. update: the film was absolutely fantastic 5/5⭐️ (letterboxd: cchlmt)
