Rezension von Katharina I just finished the book - and still feel a bit woozy. It really pulls you into the Berlin party scene, I could feel the dizzy hangovers while reading. The story picks up after about 3/4 of the book and that‘s when I couldn‘t put it down anymore. It‘s dark and I found it a bit exhausting to read - not because of the authors style but because of the wooziness - but definitely worth it. Also like the ending.

What could you want more? I adored the characters with all their imperfections. The only thing I could critique is that I wished Zoe’s eating disorder and the daily drinking would be mentioned more or at least talked about it more. "I was a bulimic alcoholic - or maybe those two things cancel each other out.“ This book is 80% vibes and 20% plot but i LOVED every second of it. As someone growing up in Germany and often visited Berlin this was an awesome and realistic read. The storyline was amazing, the ending had me in a chokehold where it was hard not to skip pages to finally find out what had happened. Also, can we please talk about the last sentence?? HELLOO? I never would’ve guessed but looking back it kinda makes a lot of sense… If you consider reading it, please do.
