In a post-apocalyptic Earth, civilisation lives above the clouds and scavengers illegally collect ancient artefacts from the polluted and destroyed surface below. But when one young scavenger discovers a crashed spacecraft planetside - and a beautiful woman within - he rejoices at the find.
