Rezension von LarissaEs war mein erstes Buch von John Lanchester und die Beschreibung hat mich sooo gepackt, dass ich es mir direkt als Kindle Unlimited heruntergeladen habe. Es war überhaupt nicht schlecht, aber für mich war der Inhalt etwas wirr. Ich habe mir mehr Geheimnisse und mehr zur Show vorgestellt. Leider waren es viele Monologe und Dialoge, die für mich einfach das Buch gefüllt haben, aber nicht wichtig waren. Es war jedoch spannend, mal dieser Boomer / Millenial Vergleich zu sehen und darüber zu lesen, aber herausragend fand ich es jetzt nicht und würde es auch nur empfehlen, wenn man gerne etwas Spannung hat, sonst aber überhaupt keine Thriller liest.
