I loved diving into the world of an awkward teen boy and like the way Ned writes. I dont know how to describe it, its kinda straight forward, intriguing, emotional and raw. Can only recommend.

Loved this book sooo much. I read through it so fast, I couldn’t lay it way. Me as a teen , I can just recommend it.

It's so relatable ngl I loved it

I like the way how this story is written. It makes depression looking not as bad as most of the people think. It's a normal thing. I guess it is seriously helpful for people who have problems. Especially young people with school pressure. I went with that pressure for one year and left that school. There is allways a way and people who are really sad don't think of another way. That is what the book showes you. Not being ashamed of your problems and being open for something new.

What bothered me about this book was the way Craig related to females, the bit of transphobia, and even a little homophobia. Craig never really had a reason for liking Nia or Noelle other than "because you like me and you're beautiful." The closest he got to having a more connection-based reason was with Noelle at the end, but I just felt like both relationships were really underdeveloped. And that he was unnecessary lustful, I guess. He kept talking about looking forward to doing physical things with girls, not about looking forward to loving someone else and being in a relationship with them. Which bothered me. In all I love how Vizzini describes mental illness, I love the voices of his characters, and I think that's definitely what saves this book for me.
