Rezension von HelenNope, I really should’ve kept my hands far, far away from this one. Both protagonists got on my nerves so badly I considered DNF’ing just for my own sanity. And for a book that’s supposedly also marketed as a crime thriller, there was shockingly little actual action. Unless you count the thousand sex scenes as action. (Which, I mean, you could… if that’s your thing. It is very much not mine.) And PLEASE, for the love of all that is holy, why were the descriptions so weird?! If I had to read the word stallion one more time (or any of the other painfully cursed phrases) I genuinely would’ve yeeted myself out of a closed window. Two stars is me being generous.
