Perry Rhodan returns to the moon to see what can be salvaged of the alien base he found there. En route he and his companion endure hypnotraining; meanwhile the alien Thora tries to take advantage of the humans' unconscious state to impose her will on Earth and find a way back to her home planet Arkon.
