Rezension von LinaWell, how do you even describe this book? One that, much like Frankenstein's monster itself, is stitched together from many different parts. The flashbacks to Mary Shelley were incredibly inspiring, and the reflections on the future of humanity through the lens of posthumanism and transhumanism were just as thought-provoking. At the same time, some aspects of the story (Ron!!!) genuinely unsettled me. In the end, the book struck me as a highly satirical take on a possible future. Even so, it's a book that leaves you with plenty to think about.
