Rezension von Jenny BeyTiffy Moore needs a cheap flat, and fast. Leon Twomey works nights and needs cash. Their friends think they're crazy, but it's the perfect solution: Leon occupies the one-bed flat while Tiffy's at work in the day, and she has the run of the place the rest of the time. Funny love story with up and downs and a Happy End. I finished The Flatshare very fast – it is, as promised, incredibly uplifting and joyous. I was tickled by this book from page one; I loved the concept, the writing, the characters (expect Justin) This is such a great book to take on vacation and read in one go with your toes dug into the warm sand. I spent most of the book with a massive smile on my face. The British banter make this a refreshing novel. I have fallen straight away head over heels in love with Tiffy and Leon, and indeed with this book. It’s an easy and funny read but a TW would be great because Justin’s behaviour and the description of Mam could be hard or triggering to read for people who are going through abuse.
Rezension von NewaThis book gives you everything you expect! It was such a cute little story to read in between. I loved how different the writing style got whilst changing between Tiffys and Leons pov and how Leons style slightly changed when he started opening up too! Great book
Rezension von Elisa x4.5 ★ Tiffy desperately needs an apartment because she has to leave her ex and Leon needs money to pay his brother's lawyer. The perfect solution: sharing a flat! At first, Tiffy and Leon are two strangers in the same apartment, as one works during the day and the other at night. As time goes on, they start exchanging words on post-it notes, which turn into a kind of friendship and end up with love. I loved this book beyond belief.

Leon braucht dringend Geld und kommt auf die Idee seine Wohnung mit nur einem Schlafzimmer zu teilen. Beide teilen nun ein Bett, sie links er rechts, aber haben sich noch nie zuvor gesehen...
