Rezension von LeonieFeeling Safe ist insgesamt ein kurzweiliges Buch, das sich dank des flüssigen Schreibstils sehr gut lesen lässt. Die Geschichte ist klar aufgebaut und die Szenerie wird anschaulich beschrieben, sodass man sich vieles gut vorstellen kann. An einigen Stellen hatte ich das Gefühl, dass sich die Handlung etwas zieht. Trotzdem wollte ich immer weiter lesen und konnte das Buch nur schwer aus der Hand legen. Die Spannung bleibt also grundsätzlich erhalten, auch wenn der Plot für mich nicht ganz so spektakulär war, wie ich es im Vorfeld erwartet hatte. Einige Wendungen kamen dennoch unerwartet und haben der Geschichte zusätzliche Dynamik gegeben. Mit den Protagonisten wurde ich persönlich allerdings nie so richtig warm, was die emotionale Bindung etwas erschwert hat. Insgesamt ein solides, gut geschriebenes Buch mit einer stimmigen Atmosphäre, das spannend bleibt, auch wenn es nicht durchgehend überrascht.
Rezension von MichelleKann die vielen schlechten Rezensionen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Ich hab das Buch an sich eigentlich gerne gelesen. Es war jetzt für mich auch kein Highlight und es gab ein paar Ungereimtheiten. Es konnte mich aber trotzdem gut unterhalten und fand es ganz spannend 🤭
