Where do I begin? Honestly, the book wasn't bad. It's just... I was disappointed because I expected the book is filled with short stories among the Witcher universe. I was wrong and that's the reason of my disappointment. There are two short stories of the Witcher. The one is about Geralts parents, which was fun to read and the other one just felt like a recap of all characters without any deeper meaning. Then there were short stories where I had to force myself to read them completely. They weren't bad at all and are all in all written wonderfully, like Sapkowski always do. They just didn't catch my interest. In my opinion the book's getting better in the end because the short stories are returning to its phantasy genre. Especially the last story was really good and I enjoyed it. All in all... It was OK. But I'm still not a huge fan of the desicion to throw random short stories in a book contained in the Witcher series.
