Rezension von CallahPew, what a ride! Finally, a really well-executed book again. Great storytelling, breathtaking plot twists, and compelling characters. Our main protagonist is, from the very beginning, a tough woman who can fight. I love everything about it! The women in this book are all incredibly strong and have my full admiration. The tension is sometimes so intense that I actually felt sick at moments and had to take deep breaths. Fear around every corner. That’s also what makes this book so… relatable. Raw. Human. The last 10% hit on a whole different level. Get ready and buckle up! An easy 5 star read.
Rezension von vita wirtIt felt somehow like leave me behind, but make it dystopian and with so many more plot twists! Was everything bulletproof? No. Did I still enjoy it and actually thought that the 3rd person view added so much more value to the story? Yes!!! It reminded me of Hunger Games in its writing as I felt as if watching a move. I was hooked from the beginning and love how it evolved. Finally some smart people and no damsel in distress

I loved almost every character but a certain few, iykyk!!!! No spoilers just fuckin read it immediately!!!! Trust me!!! The women sent to kill him, was the only women who had ever made him feel safe. Pg290 a inner thought! Three quotes for you: Pg234 "Try not to burn anything this time." "Try not to be such a fucking asshole this early," she countered, "Though I suppose that's like asking water to not be wet." Pg377 "If you shoot me," he said, his voice dropping, "it will only make me want to fuck you." Pg392 "Im not here to judge your murder foreplay."
Rezension von LaraDie Frauen in diesem Buch?! Chef’s Kiss! Das Buch hat mich fertig gemacht. Vor allem ab der Hälfte konnte ich es nicht mehr weglegen. Ich hab mitgefiebert, die Charakterentwicklunng ist toll, ich mochte den Schreibstil sehr. Der letzte Part des Buchs hat mich dann nochmal echt mitgenommen, es ist brutal und … ich sag mal emotional aufwühlend. Also be prepared 😅
