Rezension von RaymondAlice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glasses are one of my favorite books. It's sear quirkiness and surreal prose always held my attention. This comic book adaptation was really well done. I liked the pastel color illustrations and thought that they really lent themselves to the story. However parts of it seemed to skip a head from one scene to the next without anything to connect them but I believe this gave a stream of consciousness to the story. A interview with the people behind this adaptation can be found at the end of the book and I'm grateful for this addition as it gave an insight into the choice of art style used. I'm glad I was given the opportunity to read this.
