Sarina Gabriel recently inherited her grandmother's Victorian inn, but she is undecided what to do with it--fix it up or sell to the real estate developer, Drake Dunmore. He wants to buy it for condominiums, so he sets out to charm Sarina into selling it to him. Family secrets discovered within the house and Drake's change of heart has the two of them growing closer as they work together to restore the mansion.
