Rezension von SanNitIch habe mich jetzt an diese wirklich sehr lange Reihe herangewagt, weil ich einfach nur Gutes gehört habe. Da kann ich nicht widersprechen. Mir hat es auch gut gefallen. Vor allem macht sie auch neugierig auf mehr. Ich liebe ja Vampirstorys und gleich noch mehr, wenn es mehrere Familienmitglieder gibt. Familie Argenau ist eine sehr liebevolle und warmherzige Vampirfamilie. Wir befinden uns also eher im Schonprogramm und von Bad Boy keine Spur. Aber ich fand es toll. Wer Glitzervampire mag, wird diese Familie lieben. Sie sind charmant und auch witzig. Mir haben die Protas gefallen, gerade auch Rachel, da sie doch etwas Schwung hineingebracht hat. Neben den vielen neuen Eindrücken, denen Rachel sich stellen muss, entflammt zwischen ihr und Etienne eine große Leidenschaft. Auch er kennt diese Gefühle, die er Rachel entgegenbringt in seinen über 300 Jahren nicht. Die Autorin hat zusätzlich einen guten Spannungsbogen eingebaut, der immer wieder aufflammt. Ihre Schreibweise liegt mir sehr. Zum Schluss muss ich noch erwähnen, dass ich das Hörbuch gewählt habe. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Sprecherin hat eine sehr angenehme Stimme und kann sich sehr gut den Situationen und Charakteren anpassen.
