One of the ones you don’t really notice is gone until it comes back.”</b></blockquote> Segundo libro que me leo de Beth y aunque no se ha llevado las 5 estrellas que le puse a Piso para dos que me encantó, me ha terminado gustando más de lo que en un principio pensé. Al principio del libro te enfrentas a 3 pov de las 3 chicas del libro cada una contando su historia poquito a poco y había veces que decías quiero saber mas de esta o de la otra. Es un libro de romance pero que no paras de hacer teorías todo el rato de que es lo que esta pasando y aquí Beth lo ha hecho muy bien porque el plot twist central de la historia no lo vi venir que cuando lo lees es como WHAT! Y la verdad que he acabado amando mucho a las 3 chicas con sus historias no puedo decir mucho más sin spoilear pero me gusta como Beth es capaz de romperte el corazón para luego ir recomponiéndolo de nuevo, me esta gustando mucho esta autora ♥ Mención especial al personaje de AJ <3333333
Rezension von Caroll-Ann📖 The No-Show by Beth O‘Leary ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫✨ 3,75 stars I went into this book completely blind, and I honestly don’t think I could have guessed any of the twists before they were revealed. The story follows three different women and their complicated “love” stories with a man named Joseph Carter. On Valentine’s Day, each of them is expecting a date with him, but Joseph never shows up for any of them. At first, I thought this would be a light, cute romance, but it’s so much more than that. To be honest, I absolutely hated Joseph in the beginning. I don’t want to give too much away, but I was really frustrated with him. Then the plot twists started unfolding, and my entire perspective changed. Suddenly, I found myself feeling for him instead. It reminded me a little of the twist in Crazy, Stupid, Love., where everything finally clicks into place and all the pieces come together. I genuinely gasped when the big reveals happened because I never saw them coming. I ended up enjoying this book a lot and would recommend going into it completely blind. It’s one of those stories that’s best experienced without knowing too much beforehand and discovering the journey for yourself.
