Rezension von ZwitschiThe series ended on such a high note! I was captivated by it from beginning to end, and it was often hard to put down. What stood out to me the most were the characters. They were written really well, and watching their development was something I really enjoyed. There were many characters I won't forget so easily. It's really impressive how elements introduced in the first book reappear in later installments. The battles and their descriptions were particularly well-written and enjoyable. The only thing that sometimes bothered me was that the books felt long, and I didn't feel like I was getting closer to the end. But now that I've finished them, I want more of the story, and luckily there is more for me to enjoy. Overall, the Malazan Book of the Fallen is a great story with memorable characters, epic battles, unique races, and a unique magic system. I will recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantasy.
