This supplemental and final volume to Samuel Eliot Morison's "History of United States Naval Operations in World War II" consists of four distinct parts. Part I is the story of postwar operations of the Navy in the Pacific, insofar as they were connected with World War II. Part II is a list of all named ships of the United States Navy during World War II, together with their dimensions and armaments. Part III is a list of all important errata so far discovered in Volumes I-XIV. Part IV is a General Index to Volumes I-XIV.
