Lydia Goetz, owner of A Good Yarn on Seattle's Blossom Street, offers a class called Knit to Quit for people who want to quit something - or someone! - and start a new phase of their lives. She is joined by a woman who just broke off her engagement; another who wants to quit smoking so she can have a baby and a man who is dealing with the stress of running a family business. Oh and Lydia has her own stress - becoming a foster parent to an angry, defiant twelve-year-old girl.
