Rezension von SteffiInspirierend Starburst Effekt hat mich auf mehreren Ebenen überrascht. Tatsächlich ist es eines der ersten Bücher, bei denen ich den männlichen Protagonisten am Anfang nicht leiden konnte – was allerdings schon im Klappentext angedeutet wird. Umso spannender war es zu erleben, wie sich die Story entwickelt und welche Wendungen sie nimmt. Die zunächst eher typische Jugendgeschichte, entfaltet sich zu einer emotionalen Reise voller Schmerz, Freundschaft, Liebe, Selbstfindung und persönlichem Wachstum. Immer wieder steigert sich die Handlung und greift ernste Themen auf, die zum Nachdenken anregen. Gleichzeitig kommen Hoffnung, Zusammenhalt und echte Freundschaften nicht zu kurz. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Protagonistin. Ihre Stärke, ihre Entschlossenheit und die Art, wie sie zu ihren Überzeugungen steht, ihre selbstlosen Gedanken und Handlungen sind toll zu lesen und machen sie zu einer Figur, die lange im Gedächtnis bleibt. Trotz der ernsten Themen bleibt der Schreibstil angenehm flüssig und leicht, während die Geschichte einen gleichzeitig emotional mitnimmt. Ein bewegendes Buch mit starken Charakteren und wichtigen Botschaften, das sich schön liest und zum Nachdenken anregen kann.
