Sanzo, Goku, Gojyo, and Hakkai--also known as "the Sanzo party"--have become so famous as youkai exterminators that they keep running into trouble from villagers who have heard embroidered rumors about them, and from youkai are hunting for them preemptively. Meanwhile, suggestions are beginning to arise that the youkai in the Sanzo party might someday fall to the influence of the Minus Wave themselves....
