Amazing book that tries to make you understand depressions and what depressive people live through. Absolutely eye opening interesting. Would highly recommend it to literally everyone out there to read it. And then read it again.
This was definitely a brilliant book to read. Coping with depression and anxiety has been part of my life for the last two years and it’s great to finally read a book that describes how it feels to have these thoughts and fears running through ones head. There is no pyscho babble, no promise of magically ending depression and anxiety, no “just think positive thoughts” in this book. It’s an honest account of someone who masterfully describes what it’s like for depression sufferers. And excellent, heartfelt, read.
